Christopher "Kit" Lisle is a strategic advisor, board-ready leader, and influential connector within the middle-market M&A ecosystem.

He is the Founder of TheOperators.pe, a premier peer community and emerging marketplace for private equity-backed executives,

where he leads curated discussions, best practices sharing, and deal-relevant networking. He also serves as Chairman of Acclaro

Growth Partners, a strategy consulting firm he founded, which supports private equity sponsors through commercial diligence and

growth advisory work.

Kit is recognized for bringing clarity to complexity and catalyzing value creation in sponsor-backed environments. He has earned a

reputation across deal teams, Operating Partners, and C-suite leaders for intelligent, efficient, and no-nonsense insight—backed by a

disciplined strategic mind and real-world execution acumen. His leadership style combines thoughtful challenge, a bias for action, and

a disarming sense of humor.

His prior experience includes senior roles in M&A advisory, a founding partnership at Markowitz & McNaughton, and service as a U.S.

Army Military Intelligence Officer, including a post at the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is a frequent speaker on strategy, value

creation, leadership transitions, and private equity dynamics, with appearances at the Association for Corporate Growth, Private

Directors Association, Financial Executives Networking Group, and multiple industry podcasts.

Kit has served on the board of the Strategic Leadership Network and brings deep perspective to governance, strategy alignment, and
